Letter to Soldiers

Kargil Vijay Diwas, named after the success of Operation Vijay. On this day, 26 July 1999, India successfully took command of the high outposts which had been lost to Pakistani intruders. The Kargil war was fought for more than 60 days, ended on 26 July and resulted in the loss of life on both the sides. The war ended with India regaining control of all the occupied territory, and hence establishing status quo ante bellum. Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated on 26 July every year in honour of the Kargil War's Heroes.

To thank our Indian Army we planned to write  hand written letters.
When we approached to people we received only 4 letters. But with our Team  dedication and hardwork within a month  we could collect 300 + plus letters.

I Sincerely Thank Srinivasa, Chetan, Kanaada, Premanjali Trust, Anaga from Nemmadi Org., CIL employees and all schools, collages who wrote letters from their heart.

Last but not the least I Thank to Brig  P.C Joseph, Col. Yogesh and Col. Bhau for granting the permission to conduct this event.

Come lets salute our Indian Army by writing 100s of  Hand written letters  to them every year.

Jai Hind...

Proud to be an Indian  🇮🇳
